Jack Gottlieb is highly accomplished senior executive with 18 years of proven high-level success in building and turning around organizations to achieve their optimal potential and performance. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Total Solutions Group, a strategic consulting and results-based training firm. Their mission is to drive the results and transformation that is Really Most Important™ for their clients now and for the long-term--to fully thrive in their marketplace, with their customers, for their organization and with their people.  They bring distinct capability & breakthrough thinking in culture transformation, strategic planning & growth, M&A integration, leadership development (executive level down to first-time managers) and change management.

TSG has driven $2.75 billion in ROI for their clients in growth, profitability, innovation, and efficiency. This includes helping to lead ten M&As, from inception to implementation, and starting four new business units.

Some of their clients are Gaming Labs International, Bosch, Johnson Controls, BankWest, Mountain America Credit Union, Microsoft, Novartis, Genentech, and  Invesco.  Some of the transformation TSG has achieved includes:

  • Growth: Led the cultural and strategic  transformation of a global market leader to have the operating structure it needed to be more decisive, agile, and future ready. This allowed the company to further strengthen its core business line while starting and integrating four new business verticals. The overall global impact was a 32% increase in revenue and 17% increase in EBIDTA.

  • Capability: Took a $5 billion organization and turned it into a $10 billion organization in 18 months less time than projected on their 10-year plan. This was done through the transformation and integration of their business model and re-engineered approach to talent development where the approach was on building capability--not developing skills.

  • Culture: Took a Fortune 100, global company’s Silicon Valley site (with 12 business units and seven corporate research departments) and transformed it by building and activating a site identity, culture, and strategy to fully align these teams on driving greater impact, innovation, and growth to measurably “Make Life Better” while leading the global future of their organization.
