Jack Gottlieb is highly accomplished senior executive with 18 years of proven high-level success in building and turning around organizations to achieve their optimal potential and performance. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Total Solutions Group, a strategic consulting and results-based training firm. Their mission is to drive the results and transformation that is Really Most Important™ for their clients now and for the long-term--to fully thrive in their marketplace, with their customers, for their organization and with their people. They bring distinct capability & breakthrough thinking in culture transformation, strategic planning & growth, M&A integration, leadership development (executive level down to first-time managers) and change management.

He also focused on driving growth and expansion of new/existing business within his two franchises in New Jersey, as well as global master accounts.

The first is Kutztown University where he past Chair and now Vice Chair of the College of Business Advisory Board. He is also a key leader in the alumni council focused on a breakthrough program called FUEL (Future Emerging Leaders). His mission is to fully unleash the potential and growth for Kutztown University through the alignment and optimization of the students, faculty, alumni, and business community.

The second is with Rider University: he helped build their core leadership skills program which provided students the real-time skills, confidence, and plan to truly succeed in the first step of their career path. This led to Rider being named one of the Top 25 Leadership Development Programs in the country by Leadership Excellence Magazine for outstanding leadership development by a university.
Jack received his B.S. from Kutztown University in Marketing/Management with a concentration in I/O Psychology. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, in Jackson, N.J. and their two children, Allison and Brandon, as well as their dog Baymax.

At NFI, Susanne built their learning and development function from the ground-up and supported their tremendous growth (quadrupled in size). During her tenure, her team’s development program was awarded in top 10 for Large Companies by Leadership Excellence Magazine (2014) and the company was awarded as a Top Workplace by Philly.com (2016 & 2015).

At Exelon Corporation, she rebuilt the talent development function post-merger for the PECO Company and helped her stakeholders to attain their goal of achieving the best employee engagement ratings across the Exelon Corporation network. ​

At PHH Mortgage, she led a learning function redesign that led to consistent achievement of 97%+ in stakeholder value-driven metrics. Additionally, her team’s best practices were presented at the HR Employers of Excellence Conference (2007).
After transitioning to a role as an external partner in 2017, she supported the transformation and development within large organizations such as McDonald’s, Ball Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank, as well as small to mid-sized companies, such as Delta Dental of I.L., MITRE Corporation, Smiths Medical, 14 West, and The Agora Companies. Overall, her work spans the industries of financial services, pharmaceutical, technology, medical, supply chain, manufacturing, utilities, higher education, retail, banking, and insurance.
Susanne’s work and insights have been featured in publications such as the Association for Talent Development and Corporate Learning Network. Also, her innovative approaches have been recognized by organizations such as HR.com and Leadership Excellence Magazine. In her spare time, she is an Adjunct Professor for Rutgers University, serves on the board of the Philadelphia Society for People & Strategy, and is a Business Intelligence Board member for Chief Learning Officer. Susanne received her M.B.A. from Temple University with a concentration in H.R., Organizational Development, and her B.S. from Rutgers University in Marketing with a concentration in International Business. In her spare time, she is an Adjunct Professor for Rutgers University, serves as a LearningElite judge and as a Philadelphia Society for People & Strategy board member.

Karen Clay-Basile has been with Johnson Controls and Tyco for 6 ½ years helping to transform the organization through learning, talent, and organization culture leadership roles. Karen became the first Chief Learning Officer of Johnson Controls after leading an 18-month redesign and integration of the learning function.
As the VP of Learning and Development at Johnson Controls, she led the global learning function for both corporate and the smart buildings business. The vision of the “One JCI Learning” function is to create a learning culture that enables our colleagues and partners to continually learn, develop and grow. The award winning learning team designs, develops and delivers highly effective product training, designs enterprise-wide development programs, innovates with new learning technologies and enables the growth for leaders at Johnson Controls.
Karen serves on Johnson Controls Sustainability Council focusing on implementation of the company’s 2025 sustainability strategy of creating a safe, comfortable and sustainable world. Prior to Johnson Controls, Karen held Talent, HR and Learning leadership roles at General Electric, VWR, Cigna, Wawa, and various tech and venture-backed companies over the last 25 years.
Karen is a member of the Forum of Executive Women, i4cp Chief Learning Officer board, Association for Talent Development (ATD), and Learning and Development Philadelphia. Karen’s volunteer work is focused on advancing women through providing pro-bono career coaching and serving as a board member for 7 years and 2 years as board president of the Women’s Resource Center of Southeastern PA. Karen holds a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from Penn State and an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Wayne, PA and enjoys cooking, gardening, golf, skiing and travel.
