This allowed the company to further strengthen its core business line while starting and integrating four new business verticals. The overall global impact was a 32% increase in revenue and 17% increase in EBIDTA.

Culture: Took a Fortune 100, global company’s Silicon Valley site (with 12 business units and seven corporate research departments) and transformed it by building and activating a site identity, culture, and strategy to fully align these teams on driving greater impact, innovation, and growth to measurably “Make Life Better” while leading the global future of their organization.
