Each 3.5-hour session is a comprehensive and immersive experience that follows a proven, effective framework designed to guide participants to continuously improve their capability and evolve their performance.
To help you get the most from the experience and prepare, participants will receive core tools, templates, and action plans prior to each session.
Also, the learning doesn’t end once the sessions are done. Through your cohort and facilitator team, you will have the guidance and support to integrate what you learned and worked on against your strategic and weekly priorities. Executive cohort participants also have access to 1:1 coaching.

Leading L&D at different levels can require similar approaches and capabilities. At the same time, the application of those approaches and the challenges that arise may differ in type and magnitude depending on the scope of your leadership responsibility. To help you get the most out of your cohort experience, this program offers two unique cohort options:
Executive Level Cohort
This cohort experience is designed for learning executives with ten+ years of L&D experience and at least five years of leadership experience.
Director / Manager Level Cohort
This cohort experience is designed for L&D leaders with five+ years of L&D experience and at least two years of leadership experience.
