OUR RESULTS-BASED APPROACH
A Breakthrough Cohort Experience Like No Other
At the core, this breakthrough approach is built on:
Working On It While Working In It
Progress your transformation in real-time while improving your ability to manage day-to-day priorities.
Immersive Experience With Support for Your Success
Action-based learning, ongoing interaction with experts and your cohort peers, and access to a variety of resources are all part of this experience.
Expanding Your Support Network
Build a community that will push, coach, and guide you to advance.
Leading L&D at different levels can require similar approaches and capabilities. At the same time, the application of those approaches and the challenges that arise may differ in type and magnitude depending on the scope of your leadership responsibility. To help you get the most out of your cohort experience, this program offers two unique cohort options:
Executive Level Cohort
This cohort experience is designed for learning executives with ten+ years of L&D experience and at least five years of leadership experience.
Director / Manager Level Cohort
This cohort experience is designed for L&D leaders with five+ years of L&D experience and at least two years of leadership experience.
Each session below will be held from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm EST.
Results Already Achieved
With our Work-On-It While-You-Work-In-It approach, you will progress transformation in real-time while improving your ability to manage day-to-day priorities, as well as advancing your results with stakeholders.
The Support You Need to Succeed
Access to our learning and collaboration hub and expert facilitators will aid in the application of your transformation strategy. After the program’s end, there are an additional three months of access to our cohort platform to help ensure integration of your plan's execution. Also, executive cohort members have access to 1:1 coaching during the program.
Time Spent = Real ROI
The time invested in the interactive
sessions provides substantial ROI, built on the best practices in transformational learning and strategy creation.
An Expanded Network
The cohort experience is also about building a community that participants will push, coach and guide each other – a bond that will last long-after the program
